Fox News claims anti-fees protests were “rebellion against big government”
What are you on about fox news, first things first, they started with a map of the United Kingdom and called it Great Britain, Start as you mean to go on.
But seriously can you not see the banners in the protest its STOP the cuts not, more bloody cuts , there is no tea parties in the United Kingdom unless you include the monster raving loony party, who adopted the name for a while and best policy to date is;
The Government seems hell bent and positively gleeful at the possibility of cutting unemployment benefits, disability payments and other welfare payments, and cutting many services that a lot of people depend on, but don't seem to have the same enthusiasm for tackling Tax avoidance and Tax evasion for the rich, wealthy and privileged.
Which is nothing like the American tea party, apart from the loons... the whole thing is a joke, keep your damn lies that side of the pond FOX we see straight through your damn lies.

Let’s go out on a question, out of all the "Rock Star" scientists who are your favourite?

These are the coolest people on earth!!! Actually...nah. Not at all. The opposite. They are all the most uncool people regardless of their personalities, because, lets face it, they don't actually have personalities. The best way to describe them is to say that they only have enough brain cells to accept people who look exactly the same as they do; if they can look at a mirror and then at another human being and see a different person, it confuses them, and they lash out violently at the other person.
For this reason, all chavs look the same, with fake burberry, jewelery and tracksuits. They pay for such extravagances (in their eyes of course) with money stolen from old ladies' handbags and government benifits (since the government are convinced that they should rob from the civilised members of society in order to give to lazy, fat yobs who can't get off their arses for long enough to even learn the english language.
'So I was sittin on me bench, lightenin in hand, and dis bloke just laak looks at me laak y'know, so I gets up and says to 'im "Woot the fock do you think your playin at laak? You staartin wit me laak...' and so the endless accounts of a startlingly similar nature go on until the kevs decide that socialising is too much effort so they go and rob an old lady.

Is copyright racism?
Is copyright racism?
While reading an article on torrent freak about Professor Richard Dawkins, I had a thought which is extremely unusual for me, is copy right racism?
Before I start my argument I will make my position clear, when it comes to copyright I have mixed views, I work as a web developer and working in web development is a massive open sores GPL powered machine, this allows us small guys to compete with the big boys on a equal footing, all though I understand that copyright holders need to be paid I don’t always agree that litigating everyone until they stop is the right stance or a good idea.
Also I have no legal training what so ever and the only court experience I have is getting my CCJ, so I doubt that you could use this as a defence, but I digress let’s get on with this thing.
Under UK law racism is describe as such;
The Race Relations Act 1976 and all of its amendments and extensions protect individuals from being discriminated against on the grounds of colour, race, nationality, religious beliefs or ethnicity.
Nationality? But how can copyright discriminate on someone’s nationality, well like I stated before I was reading an article on torrent freak about Professor Richard Dawkins and the short of the story is this, Richard Dawkins is a international rock star atheist and world renowned scholar and scientist, he recently made a documentary for the British Channel4 television station, as the video on the channel for 4OD website is restricted to the UK and Ireland only, and the demographic off Professor Richard Dawkins is global so on his website he had comment such as:
Is there any way to watch this from Australia? I'd really like to see it.So he replied:
I´d like to see it, too. Is there any way how to watch it from Czech Republic?
Do you mean that none of these work in your countries? Now the YouTube videos were promptly taken down buy a copy right came buy Channel4.
http://www.channel4.com/programmes/faith-school-menace/4od#3112619
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pzJv-5yWx2g

http://torrents.thepiratebay.org/5780939/Faith_School_Menace.WnA.avi.5780939.TPB.torrent
Ok so it wasn’t really all that short, but that is what got me thinking Channel4 and other organisations use the DMCA and other copyright Laws to actively restrict information to people from Specific nationalities buy restricting the country’s that the information can be viewed in and using the DMCA and other copyright laws to actively take down the information that do not obey the copyright rules they have set out.
So my point is more that organisations can use the DMCA to discriminate against various nationalities rather than copyright laws are racist them self, but any law that can be used to promote racism are inherently racist.
So my question is copyright racism?

The Vulcan hoody of absolute awesomeness
The Vulcan hoody of absolute awesomeness
Along with looking generally awesome and just downright making the warir look freakishly brilliant at the same time, this Vulcan hooded top also appears to make a woman look like a man witch I guess is either a Vulcan mind game or an ante rape protection system.
I don’t know where it came from I found it on Reddit perhaps one of you can tell me. also warir and hoody isn’t a word according to Microsoft, Anyway just sharing.
Koss PortaPro Headphones Revew
Koss PortaPro Headphones Review
I don't normally do reviews but I couldn’t find an honest one out there and seeing that I just got a new pair I thought it was a good idea to let you loyal readers have a look because I like them. and when I say honest I mean not just prizing the ass out of them.
The Look
They look good, well I think that they do, they have a 1980’s vibe witch I’m very much in to, you on the other hand might not, but I always like a bit of reminiscing now and then, the design is an easy classic. well because they have been in production since the 1980's obviously.
The Build
To be honest the ones I got felt a bit flimsy they use a lightly coated joined single core wire witch feels cheep, the metal expandable bars witch fold away nicely are quality.
The part that folds the ear buts away feel flimsy and hollow, but do feel strong enough to last a long time.
They fold away nicely and come in a nice quality leather bag that is quite awesome, but no thought has gone in to the cable, an auto roller like the ones that you have on a portable mouse would be a nice touch.
The Sound
The sound over all is very nice not as nice as my Bose Quietcomfort 3 were but perform better on the louder songs which is nice, because louderness is good when my BlackBerry isn’t telling me that I should go see my doctor.
Overall
Most excellent I couldn’t afford a new set of Bose but for the £20 I payed I’m happy, so in short.
· They are good looking.
· They get louder.
· Sounding good at the same time.
· Could be better.
So now all I have to do is get some new tunes, Vanilla Ice I think here I come BitJunke.
