Some templates I'm currently working on

Here are some templates I'm currently working on, as you may or not know I’m a web developer/designer by trade and I run a small company called Blink Web Media, I also do it for friends and fun I have been working on the two all evening and would love some feedback.

    I like the first one the most. The second one is nice but I just don't like bright colors like that. Just a personal preference don't mind me lol.

    See, I feel the opposite way. The second one is very well done, especially the logo. The layout is completely conducive to a high traffic flow. Very intuitive, lots of room for pictures and short descriptions/headlines linking to real content...the kinds of things people look for. It looks like it's pretty much complete, too...I think you're totally on to something with that one.

    The other one looks a little bare to me. It looks like it's a work in progress, so that's completely understandable, but beyond that, the images at the top don't really seem to fit well together. It just doesn't say 'punk' to me. I'm also not a huge fan of the color scheme, but that's an aesthetic choice; that's gonna differ from person to person.

    My apologies if I come off sounding like a dick. I just know I'd prefer honest advice rather than, "That looks cool!" or "LAME!!!" without any actual reasons.

    No I don't mind you critiquing at all its all a part of the proses.

    The look on Punk Forever. is more of a Miley Cyrus, Avril Lavigne "pop chick rock" look more than the Clash, but I know what you mean by the head being a bit off and random, it need some structure, thank you.
